MY PROCESS

After lots of communication and we agree on your vision, which will likely include moodboards with inspiration images for reference, I will provide two to five concept directions. You choose the concept closest to what you’re after, and we move into revisions. I typically include three major rounds of revisions per design. Minor tweaks after that, like small color adjustments or nudging elements, are no biggie. Any revisions beyond the included rounds will be an extra charge, as is standard, just so you know upfront.

You will receive all necessary file types, including source files, PDFs, SVGs, and PNG/JPEG, depending on your project’s needs. Communication is key, and I make sure we explore ideas thoroughly before finalizing the design.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Every project is unique, so pricing is based on scope and complexity. Projects with a clear vision often take less time than fully conceptual projects with moodboards and multiple iterations. I typically require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost before starting. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

F.A.Q.

Three major rounds per design. Minor tweaks afterward are included. Additional major revisions will be an additional charge.

How many revisions are included?

Timelines vary based on complexity and how frequent the communication is from you. I provide an estimated schedule once the project scope is clear. I can typically get most projects done within one to two weeks if the revisions and feedback process are timely.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the project; if you need a brand refresh, I’ll want to see what you’re currently working with and what you’d like to change. If you’re starting from scratch, I’ll ask about your business, what you offer, what sets you apart, and any references or inspiration you have. For additional materials like menus or packaging, I’ll want to review your existing branding or guidelines if available. In all cases, references are helpful.

What do you need from me to get started?

Rights of the final, commercial graphic design work are transferred upon full and final payment. At that point, you receive the rights needed for commercial use of the approved designs. Any artwork or illustrations created outside of a graphic design scope remain my copyright unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

When do the rights of the work get transferred?

If we sound like a great fit, reach out and let’s make something interesting together. Contact me here.
